There are many web hosting providers and you might become confused to choose which one. It is very important that you choose a good web host. Good doesn’t mean expensive. Its also really easy to install a blog, I just login to FatCow control panel and browse to “script and add-on” and select installcentral. And there you will find blog scripts available for quick installation.

Blogger, Blogspot, Worpress and many other free ones are all about the same really, they offer very limited but free service. If you want to have a serious blog and use a domain name of your own choosing, check out Alien Serv. Cheap hosting monthly or yearly and they have auto install scripts for WordPress, B2Evolution, and a few other blogging platforms.

If you really want a nice blog, I suggest getting your own domain and your own host, and using wordpress.
