   Try 000webhost.com. I’m not sure that they have a site builder, but they offer free hosting. You can probably find free html editor software where basically you design the site and it creates the code for you. However it is probably going to be difficult to do what you want without knowledge of asp or php programming languages.

   Do not use free webhosting for an ecommerce store. You will never be taken seriously, and if something goes wrong, who do you complain to? Nobody, because you are not paying for a service.

   Yahoo is probably the best for a beginner ecommerce store. Check out their Small Business link on their homepage. Pricing starts at around $40 month, plus a % of sales. I have hosted with Yahoo ecommerce for 5 years.

   Also if you purchase Dreamweaver, a “drag and drop” web editor, Yahoo has a plug in that allows you to very easily add your store products to your website.
